Return Policy

Unwashed, unworn or defective merchandise may be returned or exchanged for a different size, style, a store credit or a refund within 30 days from the date of shipment. If an item is returned for a refund, only the cost of the merchandise will be refunded.
Shipping costs to send any non-damaged items back to Bamboozle Music is the responsibility of the customer. Bamboozle Music
will be responsible for return shipping costs on defective merchandise only.
Shipping costs to have an exchange item shipped back to the customer are AUD$5.95 (within australia) AUD$9.95 (outside Australia)
Customers that order two of the same item in consecutive sizes and then send one back for refund may be charged a restocking fee of $5.00. Exact measurements of each shirt are available on every product page. Instead of double ordering, we ask you to please compare these measurements to a shirt of your own to make sure you are ordering the appropriate size.

Bamboozle Music will not accept returns or exchanges for any item that has been washed, dried, damaged or stained in any way. This includes items that have been damaged or shrunk in a dryer. Bamboozle Music is not responsible for bleeding or fading of colors due to washing. We recommend washing all shirts in cold water and hang drying to prevent discoloration and shrinkage.

If you think you may need to return or exchange a shirt, please keep the invoice that came with your order. Fill out the form on the back side of your invoice and include this in the package being sent back to us.
